I've coached baseball for 22+ years. As Head Coach of the Kalamazoo Growlers, I've had 77+ players drafted by MLB organizations and coached a dozen alumni to the big leagues — including Joey Loperfido (Blue Jays), John Schreiber (Royals), Zack Gelof (Athletics), Joe Boyle (Athletics), and Grant Wolfram (Orioles).

I'm also an Associate Scout with the Texas Rangers, which means I evaluate players through a pro lens every single week. That scouting eye comes with me into every lesson — you're not just getting drills, you're getting honest feedback from someone whose day job is identifying big-league talent.
